We are currently seeking compassionate, motivated, and experienced individuals to join the Safe Nest Care team while undertaking the Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Adult Care (RQF).

This opportunity is ideal for care professionals looking to progress into leadership and management roles within a supportive and professional care environment. You will play a key role in supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care across our services throughout the North West.

About the Role

As part of the Safe Nest Care leadership team, you will support the day-to-day management of care services while developing the knowledge and skills required for a senior leadership position in adult care.

Responsibilities may include:

• Supervising and supporting care staff
• Promoting safe, effective, and person-centred care practices
• Assisting with care planning and service delivery
• Supporting compliance with CQC standards and company policies
• Conducting staff observations, mentoring, and guidance
• Building positive relationships with clients, families, and professionals
• Helping maintain high standards of care and professionalism
• Supporting the smooth operation of services across the North West

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who have:

• Previous experience working within Health & Social Care
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care
• Leadership potential and a willingness to learn
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A professional, compassionate, and reliable approach
• The ability to work confidently both independently and as part of a team
• A valid Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
• Flexibility to travel across the North West when required
